About: I'm a consultant in elearning, online communities, social media and remote working. I've worked with schools, colleges and universities, the National College for School Leadership, creative industries, arts & literature, and business and media training. I consider myself an expert in facilitating online communities of practice and of learning. I have developed online course materials, and created and taught courses in online facilitation and e-moderating for FE, HE, large organisations in the public sector and training companies in the private sector. I've worked with the Beyond Distance Research Alliance at the University of Leicester and for the ELESIG project. I run a 12-year-old children' writing community, Kids on the Net.
