Me

About: I'm Head of Technology Enhanced Learning at the University of Plymouth. Previously I was the Technical Director of the Higher Education Learning Partnerships (HELP) CETL responsible for delivering a 17 centre regional videoconferencing network, a Knowledge Management System to support numerous Communities of Practice and to develop support for eLearning and Blended Learning. Before working with the HELP CETL I was Principal Lecturer in Navigation Systems and Marine Communications.

I've been involved with eLearning since 1994 and have run or been instrumental in 50 projects including the JISC funded Shell-fish online assessment and feedback projects, the UsPaCe Web2.0 initiative, the UPlaCe Repository Projects and more recently the Web2Rights and Pineapple APEL projects.
