About: My background is as a Secondary school maths teacher; I joined Cambridge Assessment in 2004 and have worked as as a Research Officer and a Project Manager. I have a strong interest in the impact of technology in education. I currently work in the Assessment Research and Development team undertaking research in the area of exam comparability (are all 'A' grades equivalent?). I am also researching aspects of computer-based assessment as part of a Masters programme at the University of Cambridge.
