Me

About: I am a Lecturer in Learning Development at City University, London. I currently teach on our MA in Academic Practice programme and my research interests span the role of educational technologies in transforming classroom teaching through to the PhD student experience. I also advise and support teaching staff in how to embed learning technologies into their curricula. I am also a Fellow of the HEA and helped to establish and now steer the HEA-funded 'Engaging Students Through In-Class Technology' special interest group. I'm also co-convenor for the SRHE Postgraduate Newer Researchers Network. Before coming to City, I completed my PhD in Molecular Biology while also working part-time as a Training and Information Officer at Royal Holloway, University of London.
