Butler

About: Senior e-Learning Adviser at ULCC, but worked with JISC RSC London since it started back in 2000. My area of expertise is in Post-16 education, specialising in transformational change management, e-Learning and the 'personalisation of learning'.

I've enjoyed over 30 years teaching and working in post-16 education and approach my job as a practitioner interested in the application of technology, and its impact on pedagogy (I'm not geeky about technology, and don't enjoy using it unless it's useful!). Notable projects I have been involved with have been at national and regional levels, including JISC Exchange for Learning (X4L), NIACE Platforms for Success, ULCC Personalised Learning Framework, LSIS Leadership with Technology, Becta and others. I've chaired the UK Moodle Moot Programme Committee for the last couple of years.
