New Zealand OER - Hi Paul Wayne Mackintosh would be the man to talk to. My university (Auckland) is not in the arena with OER and I'm not sure how serious others are about it either. You could also ask Peter Coolbear, Director at Ako Aotearoa as someone with a good overview of the post-secondary sector.
