A review of the 2010 Blackboard conference which recently took place in Swansea, and offered Blackboard's user communities a taste of the brand new release (9.1). The conference offered an interesting variety of topics from both
technological and pedagogical angles, including contributions from
delegates on the interesting and effective uses they make of Blackboard
in its many current flavours.
This article covers my experience at the ELI2010 conference through a report of the main themes covered at the event, and an overview of the poster presentation I gave on a case study approach to unveiling teachers’ and learners’ experiences of using real world data.
OER10, organised by RLO-CETL, was held in the Gillespie Centre at Clare College, Cambridge from 22 to 24 March. Theo Lynn and Neil Bruton provide an overview of the conference.
MoodleMoot UK 2010 was held from 13th-14th April at the 
MEC2010 provided a
rich and diverse learning experience to 1,200+ delegates over three days
through workshops, hands-on presentations, and trade exhibits on learning
technologies.
